How can we make the mobility of tomorrow more sustainable, more comfortable and accessible to everyone? Our staff of around 500 employees is driven by these questions in their daily work at Hacon.
For more than 40 years, we have been developing software that helps transport companies optimize processes and make traveling as easy as possible for passengers. Doesn't that get a bit monotonous after all this time? Absolutely not. Because we love the idea that our solutions help establish public transport as a real alternative to the car. To this end, we are constantly developing our portfolio: Mobility as a Service, Travel Information and Ticketing, Operator Business Products or Timetabling and Disposition - our products cover all aspects of intelligent transportation systems.
We link public and private transport, and provide travelers with over 100 million door-to-door route calculations every day. In addition to regional platforms, we also develop nationwide solutions for the Netherlands and Spain, for example. Hacon has been part of Siemens Mobility since 2017 and is headquartered in Hanover.

Frank Gerken (CEO)
Frank Gerken became CEO of Hacon in June 2023. As an experienced specialist with proven mobility expertise, he has been part of the Siemens Software business unit since mid-2022 - in the role of Segment Head Train Planning System. Previously, he held positions including Head of R&D (CTO) in the former Siemens Mobility Management unit and later took over the COO function for Siemens Mobility Rail Infrastructure (RI) in Braunschweig.

Our software solutions ensure that passengers get from A to B comfortably and seamlessly - from trip planning, reservations, passenger communication and mobile ticketing to comprehensive MaaS solutions and On-Demand-Services. We support transport providers with fleet, disruption and data management, timetabling and live dispatching tools.

Siemens Mobility is an independently managed company of Siemens AG. Siemens Mobility has been a leading provider of mobility solutions for more than 160 years, and is constantly developing its portfolio through innovation. eos.uptrade is a software company specializing in online distribution systems, and ticketing solutions with a focus on public transport. In addition to mobile ticketing apps, eos.uptrade offers a wide range of solutions for integrated timetable and fare information. Currently, eos.uptrade has more than 100 customers in the public transport sector (e.g. Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Vienna) as well as in the tourism industry which uses solutions in mobile and online ticketing with various interfaces for external systems.
Padam Mobility is an innovative tech company developing AI-powered platforms and applications for demand-responsive and paratransit services. As a leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, Padam Mobility helps transit operators to provide more efficient transportation services in both urban and rural areas.
Sqills was founded in 2002 in the Dutch city of Enschede. Currently, 160 employees work for the company with its dynamically growing, scalable SaaS business model. With 33 customers across nine countries, Sqills is becoming the preferred provider for leading rail operators such as SNCF, Irish Rail, Rail Delivery Group, SJ, Via Rail and Eurostar.
