Your path will lead you to our Software Business Unit, whose solutions for travel planning, booking and ticketing make travelling convenient and seamless. Our apps make everyday life easier for millions of people. We are looking for a Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our product team. In your role, you will be responsible for these topics:
Your Tasks
- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and global management of our partner strategy. This includes analyzing and understanding customer needs, end-user requirements, market dynamics, and business goals to derive a partnering strategy, including an integration roadmap.
- You will take ownership of the business objectives related to the partner strategy and play a key role in driving its success.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners—from initial exploratory discussions to the technical development of integrations and through to execution and operations with our customers—will be among your core responsibilities.
- To implement the integration, you structure the functional requirements, develop designs with our design team and refine these with our architects and developers on a technical level.
- You will be actively involved in acquiring international (enterprise) clients by developing models to optimally position our portfolio of mobility partners in the market.
- You will work closely with teams from marketing, solution engineering, and sales to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Your expertise will be recognized: you will develop actionable recommendations and decision-making proposals, with the opportunity to present them directly to our top management.
Your Profile
- You have a university degree, ideally in a business-related or engineering field.
- Most importantly, you bring extensive professional experience in product and/or partner management, ideally in a technology-driven, agile environment.
- You have experience in executing commercial strategies, particularly in relation to SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms.
- You think strategically and work results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- You are passionate about innovation and eager to actively shape progress. This role gives you the freedom to create new solutions and develop creative approaches.
- You have excellent English skills for this international role, with German knowledge being an advantage.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (d/w/m) Software TPS to support our TPS Sales Team.
Your Tasks
- In your role as Sales Manager, you develop long term relationships with our customers, usually together with our local / regional team.
- You master Software TPS portfolio, co-ordinate with PLM and System Management to achieve optimal solutions. In general, this comprises TPS.plan, TPS.live, TPS.trackworks, TPS.yards.
- You monitor the market from an entrepreneurial point of view and establish consistent customer strategy. You independently develop and prioritize opportunities and turn them into successful projects. This comprises negotiation and general interaction with customers and partners.
- You develop and evaluate alternative business models to generate new business with customers.
- You lead multi-disciplinary bid teams for medium and large opportunities across various locations and guide project teams during delivery phase.
- You provide continuous transparency on market and opportunity development to the management
Your Profile
- Degree in Software Engineering, Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with planning processes within the rail industry relevant for Software TPS portfolio and technical understanding of software design and development processes
- Preferably experience with core elements of SW TPS portfolio or similar competitor products
- Track record and experience of at least eight years of sales / business development / system management or comparable, customer facing function in the rail industry
- Understanding of market mechanisms and stakeholders, personal network within rail industry
- Project management experience is a further asset
- Open to travel of about 25% to your customers, external and internal partners and fairs / events
- Entrepreneurial spirit, customer first attitude and structured way of working
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken; German knowledge is a further asset
- Your are willing to work from our office in Hanover for several days a week

We are looking for a Secure Coding and -Architecture Expert (d/f/m) - Security Architect/ Secure System Architect. The tasks of this role include:
Your tasks
- You are the point of contact for specialist departments for questions relating to operational IT security. You provide expertise and technical guidance to internal teams to improve their security practices.
- You contribute to the improvement of security strategies, concepts and guidelines. You will provide recommendations for secure system architecture and conduct internal consultations on this topic in the various project phases.
- You will support the planning, implementation and evaluation of penetration tests, forensic analyses and source code analyses.
- You accompany the preventive and reactive processing of security incidents and changes, as well as the derivation of suitable solution measures.
- You observe security developments/technologies on the market and evaluate them for use in our environments
Your profile
- You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have sound knowledge of IT security, secure system architecture, secure software development or a related field
- You have good all-round IT knowledge, e.g. in the areas of operating system, containers, network, server and client, security of cloud applications, secure software development, endpoint security, SIEM tools and methods
- You have experience in conducting technical security tests, e.g. penetration testing, source code reviews, vulnerability management, IT/live forensics, SIEM or firewalling/IPS
- You enjoy complex tasks and can familiarize yourself independently with new subject areas
- You are characterized by your strong analytical and communication skills and your ability to grasp things quickly.
- You can both summarize complex technical issues and communicate them to your technically oriented colleagues
- Industry-standard Certificates such as CISSP, CISM or similar are desirable
- You have communication skills in both German and English.

- Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record in selling technical solutions as well as experience in responding to public tenders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. French as an additional language is a big plus.

We are looking for a Technical Writer / UX Writer (d/f/m) to join our product team. In your role, you will be responsible for these topics:
Your Tasks
- Develop comprehensive documentation for internal and external use, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and knowledge base articles, to support our products and empower users.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and QA specialists to understand product requirements and user needs and create text content that fulfils those needs

- You have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (German is an advantage), with a keen eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise content.
- You can understand complex technical concepts and explaining them in simple terms
